Job Overview

• Articulate market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Conduct market segmentation exercises to develop market segment-specific strategies
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking
• Define ICT segment –specific value propositions that beat the competition
• Develop product roadmaps that aligns with business strategy
• Work with R&D in the development of new products/ concepts to meet current and future customer requirements, translating Voice Of Customers (VOC) into product requirements, with specific focus on platform / modular design
• Support product launches, including product positioning / messaging
• Attend standardization committees
• Attend / represent TE Connectivity at industry / application congresses
• Product management ambassador at customers

Responsibilities apply to the entire Industrial and Commercial Transportation product portfolio, supporting the respective lead product managers.

What your background should look like:

• Master degree or similar in a technical field ideally electrical engineering 
• 7+ years of product management or field application engineering experience, ideally in automotive or related industries
• Independent working style, strong customer focus
